The practical details
We specialize in custom homes throughout the greater Lake Tahoe and Truckee area, drawing on experience building for clients from the Bay Area to Malibu and Hawaii.
As early as possible. During preconstruction, we can help align design, feasibility, budget and schedule before construction drawings are complete.
You receive regular updates and progress reports, with finances, schedules and decisions tracked closely by the project management team.
